All my queued work can be seen at the link above!Commissions may not necessarily be done in the order listed, but orders with closer due dates will be prioritized.Your entry in my queue may be anonymized upon request, otherwise, online usernames will be listed.The default deadline for completion of a commission is 3 months from receipt of payment. In the event that work is not completed by the deadline, you are entitled to a full refund. If you elect to take this refund, I will cease working on it. If you need faster turnaround, that may be discussed for an additional fee.

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.Payments will be handled though paypal invoices. If you are unable to use paypal, an alternative may be discussed.You are entitled to a full refund at any time before I have started work on your commission. After work has begun, partial refunds may be issued at my discretion based on progress made. Completed commissions may not be refunded.Currently I don't charge for reserving a slot and receiving a rough draft. Payment is due upon approval of the draft sketch and must be made in full before work will be finished. Requesting a slot and agreeing to a price is considered a commitment to pay it when due. Failure to do so may result in a ban from future openings.I may offer multiple draft sketches. Unused drafts may be kept for my personal use or turned into YCHs. If made into a YCH, your character(s) will be replaced with generic placeholders for your privacy.

By accepting a slot, you agree to the following terms. I may update them as needed. Revisions will only apply to future commissions.Unless specifically requested and approved, your commissioned artwork (referred to as 'art' moving forward) is yours for personal, non-commercial use only.You may, for example:
- share the art on your social pages or galleries, and/or with friends.
- create copies of the art, digital or physical, to keep or share as gifts.
- edit the art for your own uses, such as adding text, cropping out stickers, etc.You shall not:
- sell, paywall, or otherwise directly monetize the art or derivative works thereof on any storefront, digital or physical.
- use the art as promotional/advertising material for a product or service you profit from.
- use the art to train generative AI or any other kind of machine learning model.
- use the art to mint NFTs.
- use the art to intentionally harm or harass another.Commercial use may be negotiated for an additional fee during or after the commission process.Violation of these terms will result in you being banned from future commissions, as well as having any queued or in-progress commissions cancelled. I reserve the right to sue for a cut of profits if the art is used commercially in violation of these terms.

I hold intellectual property rights to the art ONLY. I do not claim ownership over your character or any other character in the art.By default, I retain the right to share the art on my social pages and galleries. These posts may include names and/or links directing to your own public pages. You may request to be listed as an anonymous commissioner at no extra charge.Your commission can be made private - meaning I will never share it anywhere or with anyone - for an additional +20% fee.
